001 Balbasaur

Pretty neat project, and by the looks of it, wielding some pretty neat results. I think it's kind of cool how you didn't try particularly hard to incorporate a prominent representation of this pokémon's trademark bulb into the gijinka. This character is most definitely bulbasaur, and does a good job representing the pokémon with a lot of appealing features representing the grass type. I'm really digging those long vine-whip ponytails coming from her bundled up pile of hair which just vaguely resembles the plant bulbasaur carries on its back. I also like the decorative vines wrapping around her legs, and the razor-leaf-reminiscent leaves adorning her shirt.

While part animal gijinkas usually aren't my favourite, the style you do it isn't bad at all, the incorporation of bulbasaur's skin and goes giving this character an alien sort of appeal, kind of like a Green Skinned Space Babe. Much more natural than a plain human with random wings or funny ears. And you've managed to throw in bulbasaur's red eyes and sharp teeth in a strangely sweet smile which results in an endearing cute monster sort of effect on this lovely gijinka.

Great start to a project I'm suspecting I'll enjoy quite a bit!
